Summary
MacOS test fail due to intel-compiled EPANET toolkit binary.

Environment
See GH Actions environment - is using arm64 now

Additional context
Need to get build from OWA/EPANET and drop in to the appropriate folder.

I also encountered this issue when trying to run the Net3 example. I understand that this is open source and probably not your most urgent issue, but I just wondered if there is any progress on this issue?
