add one of the testing sites into the training

The current testing sites are quite far out of the range of the other catchments in their characteristics. Because of that, we decided it would make sense to add one of them into the training set.

These are the current testing sites:
"01475530", "01475548"

I have randomly selected to put "01475530" in the training set.
