Highlight table row when reach is selected in chart or map

Tying the chart to the footer to the map is our ideal scenario when user selects a reach. We want to add emphasis to the corresponding table row in the footer when a user selects a reach from the chart or the map. We need to highlight the row somehow and hopefully have it scroll to become visible if need be. This needs to be done in both the response and planning methods. The tables in each of these cases are populated differently.

Likewise, it would be nice if we could somehow direct the user to the selected peak in the chart when a table row or reach on the map is selected. Pete suggests perhaps a vertical line at the datetime associated with the peak in question.
