Can you add an Info icon ('i' with a circle) next to in the Historic Map Information title
Pop-up message would read:
The purpose of the historic map information documents is to provide general information regarding the production of National Wetlands Inventory maps and wetlands found within a relatively similar geographic area. These reports are not intended to include descriptions of all wetlands found in the area nor provide complete plant species information.
