Add checks if kafka-enabled service is deployable

Add appropriate checks to the deploy endpoint if the included kafka-enabled services are deployable. Probably add these checks to the method checkIfMicoApplicationIsDeployable.

Constraints:

• inputTopicName is mandatory
• outputTopicName is optional
• openfaasFunctionName is optional only if outputTopicName is set
