💭 Thinking tasks

• Determine if ACC forwarding URLs will be recoverable if not created - yes they will be stored, but no current implementation to recover

Actionable tasks

• Setup a token generator
• Future: Convert to https://laravel.com/docs/11.x/sanctum#api-token-authentication
• Add a api grantor role
• Create button that will setup the appeal for transfer (Queue?)
• Create outbound API call
• Setup inbound API interface w/ response
• Add security to inbound and outbound
• Close request after transfer with email outlining how to process ACC request, alongside wiping the token
• Allow ACC ID to be obtained when available, send ack recieved
• In future: Allow status of request to be reported back for #718
