Fault zones

We don't have a great way to store and display fault zones and similar geological boundaries. Often, these are available in map databases but are not carried through our processing. They're really useful geologic entities to know about and display — often more meaningful and relevant than the faults they contain.
I can think of a few options:
- Store the zones as polygons
- Store them as lines with a "width" attribute
- Some combination based on how the source material was provided.
They could be in the "lines" table if they're stored as lines, but otherwise, they could be integrated as a separate table.
