UI Should Scale

From what I've seen, at least in the script specification dialog and the dynamic input configuration dialog, the UI elements are explicitly set to not scale. On my 13" laptop with a 4K screen, this makes the dialogs incredibly small and difficult to read. The UI elements should be set scale.
