Multiple methods of summarizing an page

Sometimes it's just use page.summary when that exists, otherwise page.content, then add a css line limit, but this still includes the full body in the page. Sometimes it searches for the first paragraph and uses that. Sometimes it's a weird mix. This should really be moved into a separate macro
