Move archives to separate site

The archives make building the site take forever. We currently have draft.uwcs.co.uk which is the site without archives, it may be worth making this the main site, then splitting the archives off to their own thing, so we don't have to wait for them to build every time. This would require some finagling to get linking between the site correct tho.
Perhaps the easier solution is a separate repo that uses the same uwcs-theme repo for consistent styling.
