Details of converting SA-1B to TSV format.

Thanks for releasing source code.
I have a question about TSV converting(https://github.com/UX-Decoder/Semantic-SAM/blob/main/DATASET.md)
Given *jpg and *json data from SAM, what's the expected format of index file? (I see that tsv format is .tsv in the source code)
And could you explain what's the expected inner structure of the SAM_DATASETS to run the codes?
