Show basic canvas class information.

What should be available right now:

• Class title along with professor name and student count.
• Ability to create "base" assignment repos for the class.
  I.E Submission / form that takes the assignment name and creates that as a repo on the current namespace for the class.
• Should allow a new namespace for each class.
• Should ask for semester / year. (Probably drop down menus or buttons)
• Button that creates student repos based on the SELECTED base repo. (Can explain in person if needed)

For now let's focus on these.
