Need to optimize the transfer learning models for some of the datasets

Will possibly need to rerun Extensive X-ray CNN models think validation set has too few images.

Models are optimized yielding decent results for all but Chest-Xray and COVID-19 dataset, I believe this is due to data shortages in both sets don't think training a GAN on these sets would be worthwhile.
