Simple slider mode

Some people are looking at this mod as an alternative to Optifine's antialiasing mode. Have you considered adding a simple slider mode for that?

Note that I don't mean just changing the +/- buttons to a slider, but also adapting to the current resolution, e.g. if the user is using a Retina display, 4K display, 720p-like laptop screen etc, then adjust the slider accordingly.
