Konfabricator doesn't work in Japanese.

Engineer is written エンジニア in japanese.
Below image shows Message "Enginner not present in active vessel", but ビル・カーマン(Bill Kerman) is Engineer (but written in japanese).
In addition,
in \GameData\Squad\Localization\dictionary.cfg line 3338(japanese version)
#autoLOC_500103 = エンジニア
change above line to below, then Konfabricator works.
#autoLOC_500103 = Engineer
other mods is below.

I have the similar issue with Chinese. It coulden't identify engineer and translated resource names.
