Fairings and adapters

As instructed on the KSP forum, I am bringing the feature requests here. To reiterate my points, the following are desired:
- 5 m fairing, 6 "petals"
- 3.75 m-to-5 m "wet" adapter (monoprop, LF, lOx)
- 2.5 m-to-5 m aerodynamic quadcoupler
- Inter-quadcoupler central keel
