Current behaviour (bug)

a) When you put items for sale no matter the amount the buyer needs to buy the whole amount of items instead of choosing how many.
b) Charges to change blip or color i way to high.
c) Edit and Management buttons can be seen by everyone

Expected behaviour (correct)

a) Choose amount of each item you want to buy.
b) Lower the charges for changing blip icon and color
c) Edit to be seen only by admins and Management button only by the Stall owner because it can create confusion between the players and there were incidents that can bug the stall with error message "Someone is too close" when its not and can only be solved next tsunami.
