In 1.18 patch Paradox added another issue for XP users. Launcher calls for GetTickCount64 from Kernel32 of Vista or newer. At least that's first unsupported procedure that causes crash.
I wanted to try to works around it myself but VS2010 wont intall on XP either...

Seems to work perfectly. Thanks a lot. Now only wait for paradox to patch up the patch. ;)
