We should have the plugin clean up the old extracted versions of the CMS/Framework, having it keep only the version currently in the plugin.

What if instead each version is only extracted to its minor release, i.e 3.1.14 is extracted to 3.1. If the version in the plugin does not match the version in the extracted version the folder is removed and re-extracted.
