UI: Some elements hide behind overflow widget

Bug Description
As seen in below screen with the example of the tooltip. the overflow of the widget hides some elements to be properly shown
I don't have all examples but have seen on some other areas as well
Expected Behavior
Additional information like tooltips, or modals popping up should either fit in the widget or be shown over the borders of the widget
