[Bug] Returning from load report selecting no json file causes Project Auditor to change views

- Open Project Auditor
- Go to a view (I am on the Build Report view)
- Press the "Load from json file" button
- Quit the file explorer window that opens (don't select a json file)
- Project Auditor kicks back to the summary page
Expected: Project Auditor stays on the current view because no new file was opened.
