notify qstat packagers about the repository migration

Hi, I have notified these maintainers that the repository has migrated from svn on SourceForge to git on GitHub:

  • Jordi Mallach (Debian, Ubuntu retrieves from Debian)
  • Ludwig Nussel (openSUSE)
  • Slash Bunny (ArchLinux)

But there is a lot more people to notify. :-)
