Feature Request: Set unity cache server from Unity Hub

Given that the cache server settings are a site-wide setting at this time, having the option to configure it from the Unity Hub versus having to load up Unity and suffer a load time/asset import slowly the first time would be nice.
I find myself having to create a 'dummy' project, load it up, set my cache server, then restart Unity to load up the project I actually want, which is less than ideal.
