I want to use ChangePage with mouse scroll in SnapScroll.

I want to make a ChangePage using a button and scroll down anew from there. However, it is not easy to scroll down the page after making a change page. (When using the Scrollbar Steps or Scrollrect scroll sensitivity function, it advances to the next page, but it is not pretty.) Click another panel and scroll down again while holding the mouse on the Scroll Rect to scroll down beautifully. Can't I just scroll right after the ChangePage and control it?
