Allow deleting a nodeserver but keep ISY nodes

When Polyglot Backup is done, then restored to another device It would be nice if Polyglot on the old device would realize that it was no longer responsible so if nodeserver is deleted it doesn't delete the ISY nodes. If that is not possible, then at least ask a question if ISY nodes should be deleted.
