Change the display of the Instances composition

May be that the the composition of instances at page: https://noise-planet.org/organisation.html
could be link to specific pages, with a display like the list of NoiseCapture Ambassadors: https://noise-planet.org/noisecapture_ambassador.html
It could more "fun" to see who we are, with a picture !
Additionally the paragraph "NoisePlanet team" at page : https://noise-planet.org/members.html
should be changed, showing, may be, only the SC members, with links to the others committees.
