[Bug] Ground targeting queue becomes targeted spell instead

If you enable ground targeting queue, any cast ground target spell such as Sukuchi will instead be directed to the target as if you make a macro with "< t >". It completely bypasses the ground targeting and you'll directly cast to the target instead.
