[Suggestion] Enable Auto Focus Target toggle for Out of Combat

I find the "Enable Auto Focus Target" super handy during fights, set to Target's Target while in combat, to more easily track buffs on the current tank.

It would be great if there were a checkbox for "Enable Out of Combat", similar to other settings, to stop situations where I will be automatically focus targeting my target's target whenever I am just hanging out talking to people and things.
