SSL documentation is incorrect for self signed certs

Describe the bug
The bash snippets for self signed certificates specify using a "key" property for the certificate, but the the JS snippet uses a "ca" property. From reading the documentation for the underlying library, the "ca" property is correct, this is confirmed by spinning up a local docker compose and trying this.
