At the first run, although the configuration file "WFEConfigBase.ini" is loaded, switching language and saving have no effect.
In this case, you need to press the "-" button next to "profile" to delete the profile first, and then press "+" to create a new profile, then the effect of switching language and saving will be achieved.
In addition, when you press the "-" button to delete all the profiles, and then press Save, an error box will pop up. As shown in the picture.
