Create set of zoomed-in over UK plots of instantaneous precipitation rate (mm/hr, may be derived from the radar reflectivity) from the control simulation to match those of the radar imagery. Simulations: Control, Zero_hgt, Half_hgt, Double_hgt, Albedo_0.4, Albedo_Standard, and Albedo_0.9.

Added functionality with dc5a9f2 and added results to dropbox.
Also included in general diagnostics (i.e. simulations not only over the UK).
