The first item in the csv file was different, but the plots are almost identical

The inputs for the swarm trajectories needed p coordinate for each data point.

Fixed in 66e9e47.

Results for shorter trajectories (120-60 and 120-66) from Nottingham are here.

Swarm trajectories with lengths of 90h ran successfully in most cases (all except one - 120-30 at 700hPa, pending re-run), and the results are here.
