[VPS-130] Set up Project for Onboarding

Set up the VPS Project so the team can be onboarded easily for starting in week 4.

Tasks:

• Set up Project Board
• Write some documentation around downloading the code base on the ReadMe.
• Write extra onboarding documentation (e.g. on Confluence, Notion)
• Develop a roadmap/plan for the implementation of required features this year
• Fix/Edit the Backlog
• Reconcile the changes from Dhruv's testing branch
