- Follow the Laravel install guide to get required apps downloaded.
- Clone the GitHub repository.
- Run
composer installto install all the required dependencies. - In the cloned GitHub repository on your local drive, find the file called .env.example
- Copy and paste it under the same folder and change the name to .env
- Run
php artisan key:generate- Make sure your php version is 7.2 or 7.3.
- If your php version is higher, downgrade.
(On Mac, you can upgrade/downgrade by :
brew unlink php@X.Ythenbrew link php@7.2where php@X.Y is your current php version.) - You can check your php version through php -v or brew search php)
- Run
php artisan serve
