I have the video playing but it keeps freezing

Hello. I am using obs studio and the video keeps freezing...
Hi! I am having the exact same issue (I think?). Let me detail the issue and also steps I have tried to fix it.
Issue: When the videos play, they will "freeze up" for about half a second and then continue to play. The sound and video both freeze, and then continues to play where it left off. It sort of feels like it is buffering, but failing to keep up. When playing the same video, it freeze at different parts.
Attempts I have made to fix the issue:

I originally had 100 clips of various sizes in my folder (ranging from 5 seconds to 60 seconds). I removed all but 5 videos from the folder, but the issue persisted. Thus I can conclude the amount of videos in the folder is not causing the issue.

Resizing the source in OBS from 1080p to 720p. The issue persisted regardless of size of source in OBS.

The videos where on a different harddrive than OBS, so I moved them to the same HD. no luck there...

Renamed all the video files to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. as they had really complicated names before. I was getting desperate at this point haha but it didn't fix the issue regardless.

Tried refreshing cache on the source in OBS

Resized my videos to 720p and the issue continued.
Notes:
- When I run the JS in chrome web browser, it works fine with no issues.
Meta data:
- OBS 29.1.1,
- Windows 10
@jfetspeaks can you remove as many videos as possible where the issue is consistently happening. Zip up those files with your html and send them to me along with any steps needed for reproduction?
