Autoplay doesn't work at all

Ok i found out why, and here is the answer:
New version of OSB have safe browsing enabled by default, that's why it cannot get local video file with communicate: not allowed to load local resource
And there is no direct workaround for this, i used RABEX tiny web server to serve html content (i changed video urls to being loaded from http source)
