Describe the bug

When viewing the email template, some of the content didn't make any sense, and other bits of content were missing.

Software Versions

• DNN: 09.10.01
• Provider: 01.00.00

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install both.
2. Enable the authentication provider.
3. Try to log in using any user account.
4. View the resulting email.

Expected behavior

The instructions are straightforward and not ambiguous. There is a properly linked logo and the name of the site. The messaging implies that the code will expire.

Actual behavior

The instructions were confusing, citing a different use case. There wasn't a link back to the originating website. The address was hard-coded to be Upendo's.
