Describe the bug
After installing Upendo-DNN-Simple-Auth-Provider the DNN authentication provider is not showing up during login.
Software versions
DNN: 09.11.00
Provider: 01.00.01
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
After installing Upendo-DNN-Simple-Auth-Provider, all available authentication providers should appear during login.
Actual behavior
After installing Upendo-DNN-Simple-Auth-Provider, only this authentication provider appears during login.
