Target speed and Current speed not showing the same value

Describe the bug
Current fan speed will only display as half of the target fan speed
E.g. When set target fan speed to 100% the current fan speed will say ±50%

To Reproduce
Install nbfc version 1.7.1
Select "HP Victus 16-e0xxx" config
Set target fan speed to any value and current fan speed will say half of the set value

Expected behavior
Current fan speed reading should be within the target value range

Additional context
I've tried changing to read-only and control the fan with OMEN Gaming Hub but the same problem occurred.
