Improving predictive models

• creating scenarios within the classes a model has seen (check the result)
• try linear regression or looking at partial dependency plots (use the most important features)
• training on all of England excluding London
• explore including postcode latent vectors and figure out how to change them according to a scenario
• sample the actual OA values instead of creating synthetic data from distributions
