Minor issues with RunModelWithDynamicCalibration

Hi Molly, I’ve been working through RunModelWithDynamicCalibration.ipynb. The plots are fantastic, I can't wait to see what they look like in full.
Here are a couple of minor observations (the second has prevented me from running the notebook)

• think you may have accidentally deleted some required notebooks. Like abc-2-NewObs.ipynb, and other abc-*.ipynb ones. Maybe a bit too enthusiastic with the clean up? :-) I think it's quite easy to retrieve them from the git history; I can help if you get stuck. We need to bring them back into your branch because if we try to merge your branch into main as it currently stands it will delete those notebooks I think.
• This file is missing: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘../../microsim/opencl/data/daily_cases_devon_shifted_mpld_smoothed_IS.csv’
