Restart and Shutdown countdown visual repainting

This is a minor visual bug.
When user chose the restart or shutdown option of uCaresystem, the countdown repaints (re creates the line of the countdown).
The problem seem to be related with the terminal window size. If the terminal size is change to a larger one, the visual bug doesn't occur
