Game doesn’t progress pass loading menu. What should I do?

Hello! I have NUSspli on my WiiU and downloaded Twilight Princess HD on it through the app. But when I booted it up, there was no in-game audio. The screen also stayed black after entering my file name. I turned my U off and back on, but the problem remains. There’s in-game audio for other games, but those are ones I’ve bought (before the shutdown). This is my first time downloading a game through NUSspli, so I apologize if I missed a step!
