Discord.py and Pycord issues

Discord.py and Pycord both error out when using ctx.reply() - they appear to try to reply to non-existent snowflakes. In addition, they also send numbers instead of strings for snowflakes, causing errors in some places.

discord.com tolerates both ways, so does spacebar
