Update the outputs from sensitive_stics to make them more compatible with ggplotly

plots are not well rendered when using ggplotly, the values given in the hover are not good (especially parameter name). Maybe can I improve this using broom / purrr instead of the hacks I used ?
If this solution is not working, try to add a parameter : intercative, and then compute differently if intercativity is needed ?
