The config of nuScene pillarnet

I found that your nuScene pillarnet config's voxel size of z is 0.2, and the point cloud range of z is 8(-3 to 5).
However, I thought that in pillar, the z should be 8.
And, Your waymo config follows that.
So, Can you explain me about this?
