Plugin will not allow a simple array in the DocBlock

This problem started as soon as I updated PhpStorm to version 2020.3
I first thought it to be an issue of PhpStorm, but disabling the plugin removed the error

I suppose, "Invalidate and restart" could help, there way be some issues after updating from one version to a newer one

Already tried that and at first I even created an issue with Jetbrains because I thought that it was an issue with the latest updated.
But the warning disappeared as soon as I disabled the plugin.
I already invalidated the cache multiple times before I started disabling the plugins one by one.

It seems to have been fixed some time ago.
