Control + Shift + A doesn't work in VS Code. I recently switched back to Windows from Linux and am trying to use VS Code. When I try to comment out code by pressing Control + Shift + A, the line isn't commented. If I press Control + /, only a single line gets commented. I’m unable to comment out multiple lines like I could on Linux.

but if i press Control + Shift + A, it doesn't do anything.
