Headers should be a name="" links, maybe there's a Markdown parsing option? Maybe manually?

Hmm, GitHub has header anchors, but they're not included with converter.setFlavor('github'); 😕

Headers already get id="" so anchor links already work, only issue is that on page load the headers don't exist yet.
