[BUG] BepInEx update 5.4.2101

Problem Description:
- Jotunn does not load because it is not compatible with BepInEx 5.4.2101 (released 28 march)
I already noticed earlier that in the commits for the v2.11.2 release (also 28 march), nothing actually was changed besides the changelog and Jotunn's own version number. Not sure if related!
The bepinex version does not show correctly in the console output, but I know this is the cause because I have just updated and that is what broke everything :)

Never mind, this is actually a bug in Vortex - it's installing 5.4.19..
